How do I check that your company is legitimate before I let a tech in my house?
Please do check. Ask us for our business name in writing and confirm we carry insurance. Look us up with the Ohio Attorney General's office or the Better Business Bureau. You can also ask the technician for identification at the door. Any honest repair company expects those questions, and we'd rather you verify us than guess.
When can someone actually come out?
