Why does my dishwasher smell even after a hot cycle?
Odor usually comes from food trapped in the filter, sump, or drain hose, and standing water makes it worse. Clean the filter and run an empty hot cycle. If the smell comes back fast, something is holding water where it shouldn't.
Is a leaking dishwasher worth repairing?
