  • Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver within a 50 mile radius of our location in Norristown! For further questions about delivery including eligibility or fees, please call us at (267) 283-8656. We deliver on Sundays if the weather permits it. Due to the safety of our staff and prevention of loss of the electronic components in the appliances, we do not deliver in inclement weather.

  • Are there warranties on the appliances?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

All sales are final. There are no cash refunds, store credit only. Delivery fee is non-refundable.

  • Our appliance no longer works, can you repair it?

We offer service calls for your appliances. To determine eligibility and to make an appointment, please contact us at 267-283-8656. 

  • We have an appliance we no longer want, what are our options?

Contact us at 267-283-8656 to determine the status of your appliance and we may take it off your hands!
